Owen Benjamin started his comedy career in music. Growing up with an opera singer father, Benjamin played classical piano since childhood. His comedy career started when doing stand up was asked to be a cast member of the MTV show Punk'd. In 2006 Owen was given a small role in the hit movie "I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry" alongside Adam Sandler and Kevin James. This led to a large role in the Happy Madison film "The House Bunny" starring Anna Faris, Colin Hanks, and Katherine Mcfee. Owen can next be seen in the features "All's Faire in Love" with Christina Ricci and "Born to be a Star" with Nick Swardson.
Benjamin's comedy band "that's my daughter" has appeared on Comedy Central. He has done stand up at the Aspen Comedy festival and clubs and colleges across America. He also has made several short films that have appeared on the home page of YouTube, MySpace, adamsandler.com, and yahoo.com accumulating over 10 million hits.
